This page explains how copyright owners can notify us of alleged infringement and how we respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (โDMCAโ).
1) Content on FreePlayPlanet
FreePlayPlanet provides access to browser-based games and related content that may be hosted by third parties, embedded from distribution partners, or submitted/linked by users or partners. Where applicable, we display credit and attribution as provided by the content source.

- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
- Identification of the infringing material and where it appears on FreePlayPlanet (include specific URLs so we can find it).
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the ownerโs behalf.

4) What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice
After we receive a complete DMCA notice, we may:
- remove or disable access to the identified material,
- notify the party that provided the content (if applicable),
- take reasonable steps to prevent repeat infringement.
We may request additional information if your notice is incomplete.
5) Counter-Notification (If You Believe Content Was Removed by Mistake)
If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

- Identification of the material removed and the URL where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send counter-notifications to: dmca [at] freeplayplanet [dot] com with the subject โDMCA Counter-Noticeโ.
6) Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate access for users/partners who are repeat infringers.
7) Important Notes
- Submitting a false DMCA claim can have legal consequences.
- We may publish or share DMCA notices/counter-notices as required by law or with affected parties.
